Large colorful graphic displays at the back of the museum tell the story of Becoming Cedar Hill. Following the Early Settlers exhibit guests move forward in time to learn how the once small city has grown regarding community, commerce, and education. Each of these topics and their many corresponding sub-topics are visually represented in large graphic displays that capture the character of Cedar Hill.

Personal stories and other text continent support the message and provide the visitor with a wealth of information. Several flip panels on the read rail highlight key milestones in the city’s development accompanied with short audios or sound effects.
